Dr. Chi Che's research centers on innovative academic management in higher education, with a focus on integrating meta-skills—such as adaptability, critical thinking, and lifelong learning—to enhance leadership and policy in educational systems. His PhD thesis at Chulalongkorn University (completed 2025) explores "Academic Management Innovation Based on the Concept of Meta-Skills for Private Higher Education Institutions in Sichuan Province, China," examining strategies to improve institutional efficiency, teacher development, and student outcomes in diverse cultural contexts. As a lecturer in Educational Policy, Management, and Leadership, Dr. Che's work bridges Southeast Asian and Chinese educational frameworks, emphasizing inclusive practices and reform. Key contributions include a published article on meta-skills in Chinese higher education and presentations at conferences like ICESML 2025. His ongoing projects aim to advance equitable leadership in global education settings.

Dr. Chi Che’s publications reflect a coherent progression from English language teaching innovation to system-level academic management research. His early work focuses on advancing university English education through technology-enhanced teaching models, multimodal learning, debate-based instruction, and curriculum reform aligned with the New Liberal Arts movement. These studies explore how students develop communication, critical thinking, and whole-person competencies through redesigned courses and modern pedagogical strategies. Building on this foundation, his later research expands into higher-education governance, examining how academic management practices influence student meta-skills development and institutional effectiveness. This culminates in a comprehensive systematic review on meta-skills and a doctoral dissertation proposing an integrated academic management innovation framework for private higher education institutions in Sichuan. Together, his publications form a unified body of work connecting classroom practice, educational technology, and strategic academic leadership.
In addition to his scholarly contributions, Dr. Chi Che is currently affiliated with Payap University International College, where he engages in teaching, research, and international academic collaboration. His work spans innovative English language pedagogy, curriculum reform, and academic management innovation, forming a coherent progression from classroom practice to system-level leadership and meta-skills development in higher education. Beyond academia, he offers professional services in IELTS and TOEFL speaking training, critical thinking coaching, academic writing support, and curriculum and management consulting for universities.
