Presentation
A short film introducing the personal academic site: research, appointments, publications and peer review in one place.
Laboratory
Founded under Dr. Chi Che, Head of the Educational Leadership Department at Payap University’s International College. The lab develops meta-skills — the master skills that unlock other skills — through design thinking. It joins quality education and partnership to four capacities: Adaptive Expertise, Relational Dynamics, Creative Agility and Strategic Synthesis, and it carries academic management from need analysis to outcome analysis. Its charge is to innovate, learn and empower.

SDG — Expertise
How the published articles connect to five United Nations goals.
Dr. Chi Che’s publications relate to five of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Each goal below is tied to a line of the published work, not to the agenda as a whole.
Articles on curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and academic leadership support Quality Education (SDG 4). Work on graduate readiness, meta-skills and teacherpreneurship supports Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8). Studies of AI literacy, design thinking and academic-system innovation support Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure (SDG 9). Evidence from private universities, university tiers and education reform supports Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). Research and teaching with colleagues across Thailand, China, Poland and Myanmar support Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
